Frequently asked questions
How does the system prevent double rentals?
Booking a private slot takes the whole boat, vehicle, gear or court – the slot closes immediately, and capacity stays protected even with simultaneous bookings. Fake entries are stopped by verification: a slot is only held by a guest who confirms their e-mail or mobile number with a code.
How do I keep track of who paid what?
Every booking carries a payment log – you note what was collected at pick-up, and the system works out the remaining amount by itself. The payment goes directly to you; BookAdria does not handle the money.
How do I manage several boats or pieces of equipment?
Every boat, or group of identical gear, is its own item with its own calendar and pricing – how many items (activities) you can run depends on your plan, and you track everything on one dashboard.
Can I offer rentals only seasonally?
You can – you open slots for the periods you want, on the weekdays and at the times you choose yourself.
